You can study on mobile or desktop. Progress auto-saves so you can pause and resume anytime.
Certificates are generated instantly after completion and include a unique verification I.D. plus a QR code.
If you get stuck, check Troubleshooting below, then contact support if needed.
Profile
Name, I.D. number, and personal details.
Update my certificate name
Open My Profile and update your first and last name. Download your certificate again to reflect the change.
Add my I.D. number
Go to My Profile, add your I.D. number, and save. It’s stored with your account for verification when needed.
What appears on my certificate?
Your name, course title, completion date, and a unique Certificate I.D. with a QR code that links to verification.

Create account, sign in, and password resets.
Create an account
Fill in your name, email, and a password to register. Once signed in, you can enrol and your progress auto-saves.
Forgot password
Select Forgot password on the sign-in form, enter your registered email, and use the reset link sent to your inbox. Check spam/promotions if it isn’t there.
Change email or password
Open your account settings, update your email and/or password, then save. You may be asked to sign in again.
Delete my account
To request account deletion, please reach our team via the Contact page at the bottom of this guide.
Courses & progress
Start, continue, and complete your learning path.
Start or continue a course
Open the course home page. If you’re new to it, press Start Course to begin. If you’ve already started, use the Continue button to jump back to your next topic.
Lesson format
Topics are short and phone-friendly. Read, then move to the next topic. Your progress saves automatically—no manual save needed.
Quizzes & attempts
Some sections end with a short quiz. If you don’t pass, review the topics and try again. Many quizzes allow another attempt.
When a course is complete
Finish all required topics and pass any final assessment. You’ll then see the Download Certificate option on the course page.

Study on mobile
Turn on Do Not Disturb, read one topic at a time, and use Next to move forward. If your connection drops, your progress will sync when you return.
Quiz won’t submit
Check your connection, refresh the page, and try again. Ensure each question has an answer selected. If it persists, see Troubleshooting below.
Can’t see Continue
Return to the course home. If you have progress, a Continue button appears. If you’re brand new to the course, use Start Course to begin from the first topic.
Certificates
Download, share, and fix common issues.
Download my certificate
After all required topics are complete and any final quiz is passed, the Download Certificate option appears on the course page. Tap to download your PDF instantly.
Name is wrong
Update your name in My Profile, then download the certificate again. The new PDF will display your corrected details.
Do certificates expire?
No—your certificate does not expire. You can re-download it anytime from your course page after completion.
Print tips
Use A4/Letter paper, 100% scale, and “Fit to page” off for best results. Printing from the downloaded PDF gives the highest quality.

What is the Certificate I.D. & QR?
Each certificate includes a unique Certificate I.D. and a QR code. Scanning the QR or entering the I.D. on our verification page shows your certificate record.
What do verification results show?
Learner name, course title, completion date, and the Certificate I.D. with a validity status. Employers can confirm details match your PDF.
QR won’t scan
Try better lighting, steady the camera, and fill the screen with the QR. If it still won’t scan, manually enter the Certificate I.D. instead.

Modern mobile and desktop browsers work well. Keep your browser updated for the best experience.
Slow or glitchy pages
Close heavy tabs, check your connection, and refresh the page. Clearing cache or trying another browser can also help.
Do I need to install an app?
No app needed—just use your browser. The site is designed to be fast and phone-friendly.
Printing & sharing
Best quality and simple sharing.
Best print quality
Download the PDF, print on A4/Letter, 100% scale, and ensure “Fit to page” is off. Use a colour printer for the cleanest result.
Share with employers
Share your PDF certificate. Employers can scan the QR or enter the Certificate I.D. to view the verification result.

Courses are 100% free. Certificates are available to download at no extra cost.
Your data
We store only what’s needed to run your account and certificates (e.g., name, email, I.D. if you add it). You can request account deletion via Contact.
Troubleshooting
Quick fixes for common issues.
Can’t sign in
Use Forgot password to reset access. Make sure you’re using the same email used to register. If you still can’t sign in, reach out via Contact.
Progress didn’t save
Progress usually auto-saves. Reopen the course home and press Continue. If it seems stuck, refresh the page and check again.
Finished the course but no download
Ensure every required topic is complete and any final quiz is passed. Refresh the course page; the Download Certificate option should appear.
Quiz won’t load/submit
Check your internet, close heavy tabs, and try again. Clearing cache or switching browsers can help.
