We are seeking to hire Warehouse Packers who will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse or distribution center. As a Warehouse Packer, your primary responsibility will be to carefully and accurately pack goods and products for shipment, ensuring they are ready for safe transport to customers or retail locations. This role demands keen attention to detail, manual dexterity, and effective teamwork to maintain our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and review packing instructions.
Select appropriate packaging materials, such as boxes, packing peanuts, or bubble wrap.
Carefully and accurately pack items, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Label packages with shipping information and affix appropriate labels or barcodes.
Inspect products for any defects or discrepancies before packing.
Verify the accuracy of items being packed against the order list.
Report damaged or missing items to supervisors or quality control personnel.
Able to work shifts

Qualifications:

Grade 8
Previous experience in warehouse packing or a similar role is beneficial but not always required.
Attention to detail and accuracy in packing.
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move packages for extended periods.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Basic computer skills for printing shipping labels and updating inventory records.
Strong communication skills to report issues or discrepancies.
