We are on the lookout for exceptional individuals who possess a unique blend of skills, intelligence, proactivity, innovation, a magnetic personality, and an uplifting spirit. It’s important to note that the offered compensation applies solely during the training period. Once successfully placed with a client, you will receive R10,800 along with a 50% contribution towards your wifi, a laptop and inverter.
- Efficiently manage multiple quote requests within tight deadlines.
- Continuously follow up on quotes to secure purchase orders.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge.
- Administer post-sales follow-ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Regularly engage with current and potential customers to remain their top choice for new projects.
- Meet quarterly sales quotas.
- Successfully oversee projects through various development stages.
- Define and assess project scope, objectives, and customer requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills are indispensable in this role.
- Ensure that the products being produced meet or exceed customer expectations and are delivered on or before the agreed-upon timeline.
- Proactively anticipate and address the needs and desires of our clients.
- Adopt a philosophy of under-promising and over-delivering, which is pivotal in this position.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in an Inside Sales role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a prerequisite.
- Strong work ethic and exceptional follow-up skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Prior CRM experience is advantageous.
- Access to a working laptop and stable internet during the training is non-negotiable.
