Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable General Workers to join our warehouse teams located across South Africa. As a General Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized working environment.

Responsibilities:

Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets with products and materials.
Order Picking: Accurately pick orders according to specifications and prepare them for shipment.
Inventory Management: Assist in counting, labeling, and organizing inventory stock within the warehouse.
Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed, following safety guidelines.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and orderly by sweeping, mopping, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on products to identify and report any damaged or defective items.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work activities, including quantities handled, and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

Grade 8 required
Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
