Providing a professional delivery service for products to and from warehouse in desired location.

Responsibilities:

• Uplift and deliver loads safely to customer sites and ensure that deliveries and collections are done on time as and when required.
• Assist physically with the loading and offloading of the vehicle as and when required.
• Check and verify goods loaded for delivery and accept responsibility and ensure that the load is distributed accordingly, secured and loaded safely on the vehicle.
• Ensure that the vehicle and/or trailers are not overloaded.
• Use straps or chains as and when required to ensure the goods are secured.
• Planning of loads and think in advance to ensure all goods loaded are stable and centred.
• Offloading Take time to position the load accurately to ensure goods are not damaged.

• Ensure that you verify all the information on POD’s and ensure that this is correct.
• Ensure that you do pre and post trip inspections.
• Basic knowledge of the Road Traffic Act.

Requirements:
• Grade 10
• Must have a valid code 14/10 drivers licence
• Must have a clear criminal record.
• Must be of at least 30 years of age.
• Must be of sober habits and in good health.
• Must be a South African Citizen
• Must have own reliable transport and a working smartphone.
