DATA ENTRY CLERKS – 10 POSITIONS
Location: South Africa (Work From Home)
Salary: R7 500 P/M
Job Type: Full Time
As the data entry clerk you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in electronic databases and spreadsheets. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the organization’s data.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data from source documents into the organization’s computer system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies and correct them as necessary.
- Update and maintain databases, ensuring that records are up to date and organized.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive data and follow data protection regulations.
- Generate reports and summaries of data as required by management.
- Maintain records of data entry activities, procedures, and updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify data and resolve any data-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12.
- Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong typing skills and familiarity with keyboard shortcuts.
- Basic knowledge of data entry procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
